Quit smoking and alcohol. I've been a smoker for several years, and I always feel guilty. 

I've tried to quit before, but never succeeded.

 I've tried exercise, and I'm sure it helps, but it's not something I enjoy and I'd rather give up the other two things.

Ready, Set, Go. Not only have I quit smoking and drinking this year, but I also plan to start running.
